Peter retires, and the business is handed to Jason. The business is renamed Ilex Heating Services.
WORCESTER BOSCH ACCREDITED
Worcester Bosch invites Ilex to join their accredited installer scheme.
ILEX BECOMES MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
As Ilex becomes more environmentally friendly in its work and credentials, its name changes to Ilex Eco Heating Systems.
INTRODUCED GAS ENGINEER SOFTWARE
Ilex introduce gas engineer software, so customers are provided with inspection reminders for their managed service/gas safety inspection through email.
ILEX JOIN WORCESTER FAST TRACK SCHEME
Ilex join the Worcester Fast Track scheme, which provides swift boiler replacement within 72 hours in times of need.
